In a groundbreaking 24-hour online sales event, celebrating 24 years in India on March 24, 2024, Škoda Auto India achieved a record booking of 709 cars. This initiative, alongside the launch of ‘Škoda Gearheads’, a dynamic NFT-driven digital community, and the Service CAM feature, underscores the brand’s innovative approach to sales and service in the digital age.

Škoda Auto India’s journey into digitalization extends beyond sales and community building. The company has fully digitalized its showrooms across India, offering customers immersive and interactive car buying experiences. The introduction of Service CAM, a mobile application that allows customers to monitor their car service in real-time, further enhances transparency and customer satisfaction.

The brand’s digital initiatives also pave the way for the launch of its all-new compact SUV, set to debut in the first half of 2025. The SUV, based on the MQB-A0-IN platform, promises to combine versatility, safety, and dynamic performance, tailored specifically for the Indian market.
