Hyundai India Launches Bookings for 2024 Creta with Fresh Design & Advanced Features

Gurugram, January 2, 2024 – Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has initiated bookings for its new Hyundai Creta, a much-anticipated model in the mid-SUV segment. The booking can be made with an initial amount of INR 25,000 at any Hyundai dealership nationwide or online at Hyundai’s official booking portal.

Tarun Garg, COO of Hyundai Motor India, expressed his enthusiasm for the launch, highlighting Creta’s strong legacy and market leadership over the past eight years. “Creta is more than just an SUV; it’s an emotion that resonates with every third mid-size SUV owner in India. The new Hyundai Creta, with its bold design and cutting-edge features, is set to redefine the segment once again,” said Garg.

Reflecting Hyundai’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ global design language, the new Creta boasts a confident and striking appearance. The revamped exterior combines a robust look with modern functionality, offering a unique blend of urban sophistication and adventurous spirit.

The front of the new Creta features a commanding radiator grill and a pronounced hood, emphasizing a strong road presence. Its Horizon LED Positioning lamps, DRLs, and Quad beam LED headlamps further enhance the SUV’s dynamic front appearance. The interior is equally impressive, with a futuristic, cockpit-like ambiance, seamlessly integrated infotainment screen, digital cluster, and ample cabin space for unparalleled comfort.

Under the hood, the new Creta offers a choice of three engines: the spirited 1.5l Kappa Turbo GDi Petrol, 1.5l MPi Petrol, and 1.5l U2 CRDi Diesel. These are complemented by four transmission options – 6-speed Manual, IVT, 7-speed DCT, and 6-speed Automatic – ensuring a powerful and engaging driving experience.

Safety is a paramount feature in the new Creta, equipped with advanced active and passive safety technologies for comprehensive protection. Available in 7 variants, the SUV comes in 6 mono-tone and 1 dual-tone color options, including the new Robust Emerald Pearl.

Since its debut in India in July 2015, the Hyundai Creta has consistently led the mid-size SUV segment, known for its technological innovation, safety, and performance. The new Creta is poised to continue this legacy, catering to the evolving needs of modern consumers seeking a blend of premium features, assertive design, and commanding road presence.
