Mumbai: Tata.Cars has announced a nationwide Festive Service Camp ahead of the Navratri and Diwali celebrations, offering customers complimentary vehicle health check-ups and discounts on select services and accessories. The initiative is currently underway at authorised Tata.Cars workshops across India and will continue until November 14, 2026.
The campaign aims to help vehicle owners prepare their cars for festive travel while making routine maintenance and additional ownership services more accessible.
Complimentary 30-Point Vehicle Health Check-Up
At the centre of the initiative is a complimentary 30-point vehicle health check-up covering several critical components and systems.
The inspection includes air-conditioning performance, battery health, tyre condition and alignment, engine oil and coolant levels, and electrical systems. The programme also incorporates dedicated checks for CNG-equipped vehicles and EV-specific diagnostics for electric models.
By covering both conventional and electric powertrains, Tata.Cars is extending the initiative across its diverse customer base.
The checks are intended to help owners identify potential maintenance requirements before setting out on festive journeys, when an unexpected visit to the workshop is rarely part of the holiday itinerary.
Flat 10% Discount on Extended Warranty, Accessories and Roadside Assistance
Alongside the complimentary inspection, Tata.Cars is offering a flat 10% discount on three ownership-related products and services:
- Extended warranty packages
- Tata Motors Genuine Accessories (TMGA)
- Roadside Assistance (RSA)
The discounts are available across the company’s internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) portfolios.
Customers can also choose easy EMI payment options for extended warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages, allowing them to spread certain vehicle ownership expenses over instalments.
Festive Campaign Focuses on Preventive Maintenance
The nationwide campaign forms part of Tata.Cars’ efforts to encourage preventive vehicle maintenance during a period traditionally associated with family gatherings, celebrations and road trips.
Routine inspections can help detect issues related to tyres, batteries, fluid levels and electrical systems before they develop into more significant mechanical problems.
The inclusion of EV-specific diagnostics also reflects the different maintenance requirements of electric vehicles, which operate with systems distinct from those found in conventional petrol and diesel models.
Festive Service Camp Available Until November 14
The Tata.Cars Festive Service Camp is already operational at authorised workshops nationwide and will conclude on November 14, 2026.
For customers planning holiday travel or considering additional vehicle protection, the initiative combines basic vehicle inspections with discounts on selected ownership products.
Beyond the seasonal offers, the campaign highlights an increasingly important aspect of vehicle ownership: regular maintenance and timely inspections remain essential to reliability, whether a car runs on petrol, diesel, CNG or electricity.
