Public transportation will also see a massive overhaul, with ₹4,391 crore earmarked for the procurement of over 14,000 e-buses in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Charging Infrastructure Gets a Major Boost
To tackle concerns over EV range anxiety, the PM E-DRIVE scheme promises the installation of more than 70,000 fast chargers across the country.
