Renault India to Launch Nationwide Summer Camp for Comprehensive Vehicle Service

Renault Summer Camp to Offer Expert Inspections, Special Discounts, and Customer Events

New Delhi, May 10, 2024: To enhance customer satisfaction and ensure optimal vehicle performance, Renault India is launching a nationwide service initiative, the “Renault Summer Camp.” This week-long event will be held from May 13 to May 20, 2024, across all Renault Service facilities throughout the country.

During this period, Renault vehicle owners will receive comprehensive inspections by expert technicians, ensuring each vehicle is in top shape. These evaluations include a free car top wash and a meticulous assessment of all critical components. Regular inspections are crucial for maintaining vehicle health, improving performance, and fostering a rewarding ownership experience.

The Summer Camp will feature special offers, including a minimum 15% discount on select parts and accessories, a 10% discount on engine oil replacement, and a 15% reduction on labor charges. Additionally, there will be special discounts for AC servicing, a 10% cut on the Extended Warranty, and a 10% reduction on the Road-Side Assistance Retail Program.

Renault India currently operates more than 400 sales and 430 service touchpoints across India, ensuring a broad reach and a consistent quality of customer care.

Alongside these comprehensive check-ups, the camp will include interactive customer events with complimentary gifts, adding excitement and value to the overall experience. The initiative highlights Renault’s commitment to providing innovative, customer-centric after-sales support.

Renault’s customer satisfaction efforts, including the Summer Camp, are part of a broader range of services like Renault Secure, Renault Assist, Renault Easy Care, Workshop on Wheels (WoW), and the MY Renault App. Since its establishment in India, the company has strengthened its infrastructure, creating state-of-the-art manufacturing, technology, logistics, and design centers.
