The new Creta’s metamorphosis involves advanced Industry 4.0 Automation and Smart Manufacturing techniques. Gopala Krishnan C.S., Hyundai Motor India Ltd.’s Chief Manufacturing Officer, explains, “Our goal is to deliver smarter, safer mobility solutions. The new Creta is a symbol of this, combining innovative technology, enhanced safety, and a robust structure to become the Undisputed Ultimate SUV.”

Advanced Body Strength: The Creta’s Ironclad Integrity

The Creta’s robust bodyshell, a fusion of high strength and galvanized steel, is the epitome of durability and anti-corrosive prowess. This exo-skeleton reinforces key joints, ensuring a safer ride. The vehicle’s body is sculpted using a sophisticated weld management system and confirmed for precision with state-of-the-art measuring tools.

Rigorous Testing: The Heart of the Hyundai Creta

Performance is key for the new Creta, which offers dynamic powertrains including the 1.5l Gamma MPi, 1.5l U2 CRDI, and Kappa 1.5l Turbo GDI. These engines are meticulously tested on eco-friendly cold test benches and monitored using advanced systems, ensuring endurance and quality.

Superior Quality & Safety: The Creta’s Meticulous Checks

The Creta comes equipped with advanced Level 2 ADAS features, calibrated using an automated system for seamless integration and improved safety.
