Manhart tunes F90 BMW M5 Competition to 928 Horsepower, only 5 will be made

In a stunning display of automotive engineering, Manhart Performance has revealed its latest masterpiece, the MH5 900 Limited 01/05. This vehicle is not just any ordinary car; it’s the most powerful saloon ever created by Manhart for the BMW 5 Series. With a production run limited to just five units, this exclusive model is based on the F90 M5 Competition in its latest LCI iteration.

The name MH5 900 speaks volumes about its capabilities. Under the hood lies a roaring beast: a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 engine (S63) tweaked to perfection. Thanks to a Manhart turbo upgrade, including a carbon intake and Manhart intercooling by Wagner Tuning, the engine now boasts a staggering 928 hp and 1,240 Nm of torque. The mechanics have been fortified to handle up to 1,200 hp, featuring Carillo pistons and H-shafted connecting rods. Aesthetically, the car’s power is matched by a Manhart stainless steel exhaust system with valve control and matt black 100 mm tailpipe trims, complemented by race downpipes and OPF delete replacement pipes.

The MH5 900 Limited 01/05 also stands out in terms of design, showcasing an extensive array of carbon fibre aerodynamic and styling parts. The exterior is adorned with a front spoiler, radiator grille surround, apron inserts, and more, all in carbon fibre. The car’s striking appearance is enhanced by a deep blue bodywork accented with Manhart’s signature copper decor.

Customisation continues with Manhart’s Concave One forged rims in satin black, featuring copper accent stripes and fitted with high-performance tyres. The vehicle’s suspension has been fine-tuned for maximum agility, offering options like Manhart coilover springs by KW Suspensions or the Variant 4 coilover suspension for enhanced driving dynamics.

The BMW M5’s carbon-ceramic brake system remains technically unaltered, but aesthetically, it’s synchronized with the car’s colour theme and features Manhart lettering. Inside, the luxury continues with a cabin adorned in carbon fibre and soft Alcantara, complete with a Sky Roof star firmament and custom Manhart details.

For enthusiasts looking to own this blend of luxury and high performance, Manhart Performance has made further details, including pricing and delivery information, available in their shop or through their sales team. This limited-edition MH5 900 is more than a car; it’s a statement of engineering excellence and exclusivity.
