The 2024 Geneva Motor Show is set to be electrified by MG’s latest revelations, showcasing a lineup that promises to redefine automotive excellence. MG is taking center stage with the global debut of its all-new MG3 Hybrid+, accompanied by an array of premium international models and the highly anticipated unveiling of the IM L6.
The showstopper of the event, MG’s Cyberster convertible, is making headlines with its exceptional power, performance, and an array of striking color options. This revolutionary EV features a dual electric motor and all-wheel drive, establishing it as the fastest and most powerful MG production car ever. It boasts a 0-62mph (0-100km/h) acceleration in a mere 3.2 seconds and a power output of 544PS (400kW) with a peak torque of 535 lb ft (725 NM).
In addition, the single motor variant of the Cyberster promises impressive performance with 340PS (250kW) power and a 350 lb ft (475 NM) torque, achieving 0-62mph in just 5.2 seconds.
MG’s commitment to style and individuality is evident in the Cyberster’s vibrant paint palette, featuring Dynamic Red, New English White, Camden Grey, and Cosmic Silver. The premium Inca Yellow option adds a dramatic flair, with black and roof colors available for bespoke customization.
Joining the Cyberster is the MG4 Electric Xpower and two international sensations – the MG7 fastback saloon and the all-electric MG9 saloon. These models highlight MG’s global appeal and diverse range, extending from the new MG3 Hybrid+ supermini to the luxurious MG9.
The Geneva Motor Show also introduces MG’s cutting-edge SUVs and saloons, the LS6 and the L6, with the latter making its global debut. The L6, under the IM (Intelligent Mobility) brand, exemplifies MG’s commitment to advanced technology, offering an exhilarating driving experience combined with intelligent connectivity and leading-edge EV powertrains.
The all-electric L6 is a marvel of engineering, achieving 0-100 km/h in under 3 seconds and boasting an impressive range of over 600 kilometers in one specification and 800 kilometers in another. This model is a testament to MG’s dedication to innovation, set to be available in Europe in 2025.
