Jeep Gladiator Revamps for 2025: A Power-Packed Off-Road Beast with Electrifying New Features

September 18, 2024 | Auburn Hills, MI – Jeep’s renowned Gladiator lineup returns for 2025, engineered to push the limits of off-road performance while enhancing comfort and capability. Jeep’s rugged pickup continues its legacy as a powerhouse in the truck world, now starting at $39,995 (INR 33.44 lakh) and boasting an upgraded eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 2025 Gladiator offers eight distinct models: Sport, Sport S, NightHawk, Willys, Mojave, Mojave X, Rubicon, and Rubicon X. Each model is equipped with a robust 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine, delivering 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. The Jeep Gladiator leads the pack with unmatched off-road prowess, a 7,700-pound towing capacity, and a best-in-class payload of 1,725 pounds.

Key Upgrades for 2025
This year’s Gladiator is packed with innovations, including standard power windows, locks, and a new exterior palette featuring Fathom Blue and the military-inspired ’41 green. It also introduces optional Active Cabin Ventilation, allowing drivers to pre-condition the interior before hopping in—ideal for scorching summer days.

The Gladiator remains a standout for its open-air experience, being the only truck in the market with a foldable windshield, removable roof, and doors for an unparalleled sense of freedom. New designs include an iconic seven-slot grille, a stealthy windshield-integrated trail antenna, and 10 wheel options ranging from 32 to 33 inches.

Interior Tech and Safety
Jeep hasn’t skimped on the interior either. The 2025 Gladiator boasts a fully upgraded cabin with a Uconnect 5 system and a best-in-class 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With over 85 advanced safety features, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, Jeep has ensured that both drivers and passengers can enjoy top-tier safety.

Electrified Future: The Gladiator 4xe
As part of Jeep’s electrification push, the 2025 Gladiator will offer an electrified 4xe plug-in hybrid model. Slated to debut later in the year, this marks a crucial step in Jeep’s mission to deliver an electrified option for every vehicle in its lineup by the end of 2025.

Off-Road Dominance
Whether tackling rocky trails or cruising through deserts, the Gladiator is built to conquer extreme terrains. The Rubicon model continues to impress with a best-in-class 77:1 crawl ratio, while the Desert Rated Mojave excels in high-speed sand runs, equipped with FOX 2.5-inch shocks and jounce bumpers for stability and comfort.

Jeep’s Gladiator remains the epitome of off-road capability, featuring rugged Dana 44 axles, a five-link suspension, and selectable 4×4 systems like Command-Trac, Selec-Trac, and Rock-Trac. With up to 31.5 inches of water fording and 11.6 inches of ground clearance, the Gladiator continues to raise the bar for off-road adventure.

Pricing and Model Lineup
The 2025 Gladiator lineup starts at $38,100 for the Sport 4×4, with prices climbing to $51,100 (INR 42.73 lakh) for the top-tier Mojave and Rubicon models. For those looking for an ultimate off-road beast with even more features, the Gladiator X variants bring additional enhancements like steel rock rails and off-road cameras.

Available Exterior Colors:
New hues, such as Fathom Blue and ’41 military green, join classic Jeep colors like Black, Firecracker Red, and Hydro Blue. Interior options now offer stylish combinations of black and black/green.

With its 2025 upgrades, the Jeep Gladiator solidifies its status as the go-to truck for off-road enthusiasts. Combining rugged utility with a refined, tech-laden interior, and with electrification on the horizon, Jeep’s latest Gladiator promises to deliver the ultimate blend of power, capability, and versatility.
