Gurugram: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will conduct its nationwide ‘Hyundai Always Around’ customer service campaign on October 4, 2026 (Sunday), taking its sales, service and vehicle-exchange facilities beyond dealerships to residential communities, shopping hubs, markets, parking areas and fuel stations across India.
The one-day initiative is aimed at existing Hyundai owners as well as prospective buyers and customers considering a vehicle exchange. Participants will be able to access vehicle evaluations, test drives, maintenance-related services and a range of workshop and accessory offers at participating locations.
The campaign brings together Hyundai’s sales, after-sales service and exchange operations at locations outside the traditional dealership network, an approach intended to make routine customer interactions more convenient.
Among the benefits announced for participating customers is a scratch card offering accessories worth up to ₹10,000 for spot bookings.
Customers can also receive 20% off on accessories, a free car wash service, and 50% off wheel alignment and balancing.
For periodic maintenance, Hyundai is offering 20% off labour charges, while interior and exterior care services will carry a 30% discount on interior cleaning and exterior enrichment.

The offers add a practical element to what is otherwise a broader customer-engagement exercise — and for owners whose cars have been waiting patiently for a wash, the timing may be particularly welcome.
Test Drives, Vehicle Evaluation and Hyundai Promise Exchange Support
Under the campaign, customers will be able to explore Hyundai’s vehicle portfolio and participate in guided test drives.
Owners considering replacing their existing vehicles can receive vehicle evaluation and exchange assessments through Hyundai Promise, the company’s pre-owned vehicle and exchange platform.
The camps will also provide information on maintenance and service offerings, while customers will be able to interact directly with Hyundai representatives and dealership teams.
Participants can additionally generate and share customer referrals and take part in engagement activities, promotional initiatives and rewards planned as part of the campaign.
Hyundai Says Campaign Extends Customer Support Beyond Dealerships
Commenting on the initiative, Nilesh Shah, Head, Service, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said:
“At Hyundai Motor India, customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. The ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign is an extension of our commitment to staying connected with customers wherever they are and making Hyundai’s trusted services more accessible than ever. By bringing together Sales, Service and Exchange solutions at convenient locations across the country, we aim to deliver a seamless and rewarding experience while strengthening our relationship with customers throughout their ownership journey. This initiative reinforces our promise of care, convenience and peace of mind, ensuring that Hyundai is always around whenever our customers need us.”
The company said the programme has been designed around the entire vehicle ownership cycle rather than only the point of sale.
For prospective customers, the camps will offer access to Hyundai’s product range and test drives. Existing owners can seek service and maintenance assistance, while customers planning an upgrade can explore vehicle exchange options.
The campaign will also incorporate digital participation and customer-engagement activities.
Camps to Be Held at High-Footfall Locations Across India
Hyundai said the October 4 programme will be organised at select high-footfall locations across India, including residential communities, market areas, commercial and shopping hubs, parking spaces and fuel stations.
Moving such services outside dealerships gives manufacturers another way to remain in contact with customers during increasingly long vehicle ownership cycles. It also allows potential buyers to experience vehicles without necessarily making a dealership visit their first stop.
Customers seeking details about participating locations and individual camp arrangements have been advised to contact their nearest Hyundai dealership.
For Hyundai, the nationwide exercise is ultimately as much about accessibility as promotion: bringing maintenance, exchange and purchase-related services closer to where customers already live and travel, rather than expecting every automotive conversation to begin inside a showroom.
