Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Ferrari Racing Days event in Abu Dhabi set the stage for a year-long celebration of Ferrari’s 30th anniversary in the Middle East, with a spectacular start at the Yas Marina Circuit from February 1st to 4th. The event drew hundreds of Ferrari enthusiasts from across the region, culminating in a dazzling display of over 201 Ferraris parading down the circuit on February 3rd, setting a new record for the largest gathering of its kind.

The weekend was filled with high-speed action, marking the beginning of a series of events throughout the year dedicated to commemorating three decades of the Prancing Horse’s legacy in the Middle East. Ferrari has grown a passionate community of owners and fans over the years, and this anniversary is a tribute to that enduring relationship.

Highlighting the festivities, Ferrari announced the production of six special edition 296 GTB cars, each with a unique trim to be revealed at the anniversary’s grand finale at Casa Ferrari Abu Dhabi. These exclusive models will be distributed across the GCC countries, ensuring a special place in the garages of Ferrari aficionados in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Racing enthusiasts were treated to the Ferrari Winter Challenge, featuring drivers battling it out in 488 Challenge Evos. Victories went to Khaled Al Marzouq in the Trofeo Pirelli Am, Maya Hartge in the Coppa Shell, and Ruihua Wu in the Coppa Shell Am, among others, showcasing the competitive spirit that defines Ferrari’s racing heritage.

The event wasn’t just about racing; it also offered special activities including the F1 Clienti and XX Programme, non-competitive sessions allowing clients to experience the track in some of Ferrari’s most iconic cars. A highlight was the presence of the Ferrari F138, the last of the V8 engine era, thrilling fans with its performance.

Moreover, the weekend featured the Passione Ferrari Club Challenge, test drives of Ferrari’s latest models, and the launch of Ferrari Tours Middle East. The inaugural UAE tour offered an exceptional journey through the country’s stunning landscapes, combining adventure with Ferrari’s luxurious hospitality.

Giorgio Turri, Managing Director of Ferrari Middle East, reflected on the event’s success, emphasizing the unity and passion of the Ferrari community. As Ferrari looks forward to a year filled with events and celebrations, the anticipation builds for the grand finale at Casa Ferrari Abu Dhabi, promising to cap off a year of memorable experiences for Ferrari enthusiasts in the Middle East.
