Gurugram: Marking a robust October, JSW MG Motor India announced a significant achievement with 7,045 units sold, reflecting a 31% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to October 2023. This milestone underscores the automaker’s strong position in India’s burgeoning electric vehicle (EV) market.
MG’s focus on clean and sustainable mobility is evident, with New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) accounting for an impressive 70% of the monthly sales—the highest share by any passenger car manufacturer in the country. This accomplishment emphasizes MG’s ongoing commitment to accelerating the adoption of NEVs in India.
In a defining moment for India’s EV market, the newly launched MG Windsor Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV) has captured the attention of consumers, selling 3,116 units in its debut month. This outstanding figure positions the Windsor as the top-selling passenger electric car in October 2024, showcasing MG’s innovative approach to intelligent mobility solutions.
