In an exhilarating announcement, Cadillac has unveiled the 2025 CT5-V Blackwing Precision Package, a new track-focused chassis enhancement that promises to redefine vehicle dynamics for luxury sport sedans. This package, crafted with meticulous attention to detail, aims to offer unparalleled precision on both road and track, elevating the driving experience for enthusiasts.
The 2025 CT5-V Blackwing Precision Package is designed to heighten the vehicle’s path accuracy and cornering capabilities. This package caters to driving enthusiasts seeking uncompromised luxury and Cadillac’s signature refinement.
“For two decades, the V-Series has epitomized Cadillac’s dedication to performance, technology, and craftsmanship, embodying the brand’s core values,” stated John Roth, Vice President of Global Cadillac. “This new package marks a pinnacle in our pursuit of driving excellence.”
The Precision Package includes several advanced features aimed at enhancing performance, including increased spring rates, a larger front stabilizer bar, and updated suspension bushings. New front steering knuckles and rear suspension toe links allow for more aggressive track alignment, while recalibrated MagneRide dampers, steering, chassis controls, and Electronic Limited Slip Differential (eLSD) further refine handling. Additionally, the package features a carbon ceramic brake package for superior stopping power. These enhancements result in improved steering accuracy, greater stability during corner exits, and heightened road feedback, providing a more engaging and responsive driving experience.
“We engineered this vehicle to shatter records on some of the world’s most challenging tracks, rewarding even the most discerning driving enthusiasts,” said Brandon Vivian, Executive Chief Engineer at Cadillac. “The Precision Package makes the CT5-V Blackwing agile at all speeds, whether on the road or the track.”
The 2025 CT5-V Blackwing, which debuted earlier this year, showcases a striking design and cutting-edge technology, combined with the power and performance that Cadillac owners expect.
