Vizag: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has a new set of wheels—only this time, they’re not under a car but under logistics. The company has inaugurated its latest Toyota Genuine Parts centre in Vizag, promising to get genuine parts to specific regions within 24 hours. That’s quicker than your friend deciding where to go for dinner.
The facility was unveiled by Wiseline Sigamani, Vice President, Strategic Business Unit, TKM, and Takeshi Goto, Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business Enabling, TKM, along with senior leadership and dealer partners. Smiles were exchanged, ribbon was cut, and somewhere in the background, service technicians collectively breathed a sigh of relief.
What truly makes this center more than just a warehouse is its dual role. Apart from serving as the parts distribution hub, the Vizag premises will also house TKM’s regional area office. Field teams from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha will now operate under the same roof, paving the way for faster decision-making and better coordination. Think of it as an automotive command center—without the dramatic background music.
Speaking at the event, Wiseline Sigamani noted, “The new parts center in Vizag marks a major milestone in strengthening customer trust in the region by ensuring the availability of genuine parts with greater speed and reliability. By enabling faster supply to our dealer and service network across the region, we aim to enhance convenience and further strengthen confidence in the region. With this milestone, we continue to move closer to delivering complete peace of mind to every Toyota customer.”
Translation: No more waiting three weeks for that tiny rubber bearing.
The centre will serve a strategically important belt, supplying dealers, Pro Service outlets, and Parts Distributors across Central & North Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Southern Odisha. Under the TSaath initiative, partners can expect genuine parts dispatched within 24 hours, helping maintain lean inventory, reduce turnaround time, and ultimately ensure Toyota owners spend more time on the road and less in waiting lounges.
TKM’s national footprint is now over 1,345 touchpoints—including dealerships, service centers, and other customer support outlets. This expansion is particularly aimed at reaching smaller towns and rural markets, where Toyota knows that faith in reliability is everything. Whether you drive an Innova, a Fortuner, or that beloved Corolla that refuses to retire, the message is clear: genuine parts are now closer, faster, and more accessible than ever.
In the age of next-day delivery for everything from burgers to Bluetooth speakers, Toyota just made sure its customers can expect the same speed for what really matters—keeping their wheels turning.
