Kia India Rolls Out Nationwide Service Camp From July 3 to 12

New Delhi: Kia India has announced the Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026, a nationwide aftersales initiative scheduled from July 3 to July 12, covering 521 authorised service workshops across 365 cities.

The campaign is aimed at improving customer access to vehicle care, preventive maintenance and aftersales support through Kia’s authorised service network. For owners, it also brings that rare service-centre combination: a health check-up for the car and a little relief for the wallet.

During the camp, Kia India is offering several service-related benefits, including a 20% discount on Car Care Services, up to 10% discount on Extended Warranty packages, 10% discount on Retail Roadside Assistance plans, 10% discount on Parts and Labour, and 10% discount on Kia Genuine Accessories.

The company said the offers are intended to help customers reduce maintenance costs while encouraging regular service through authorised workshops.

As part of the campaign, customers will also receive a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check. The inspection will cover key areas such as the vehicle exterior, interior, engine compartment and underbody.

According to Kia India, the check-up is designed to identify potential issues early, improve vehicle longevity and support safety, performance and driving confidence.

Speaking on the initiative, Bhimsen Gulabani, Vice President – Customer Experience, Kia India, said, “Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026 embodies our unwavering commitment to delivering a seamless and differentiated ownership experience. Through this nationwide initiative, we aim not only to help customers maintain their vehicles in peak conditions but also to strengthen long-term relationships by providing transparent, accessible, and rewarding aftersales support. As we continue to enhance our service standards, our focus remains on creating a customer experience that inspires confidence and reinforces Kia’s position as one of India’s most trusted mobility brands.”

The company said the programme is also intended to strengthen customer engagement with its authorised service network and promote preventive maintenance practices.

In addition to service benefits, customers can access complimentary used-car valuation services and exchange offers, allowing them to explore upgrade options within the Kia portfolio.

The service camp comes at a time when automakers in India are increasingly focusing on aftersales experience as a key part of brand loyalty. With car buyers expecting more transparency, convenience and long-term support, service campaigns have become more than seasonal workshops; they are now a visible part of the ownership promise.

For Kia India, the 2026 Ownership Service Camp reflects its effort to expand aftersales accessibility and improve customer confidence beyond the showroom. In a market where the sale is only the beginning of the relationship, the company is clearly placing greater emphasis on what happens after the keys are handed over.
