Chennai – Nissan Motor India (NMIPL) has taken a major step in redefining customer experience by unveiling its first-ever Nissan Academy, a cutting-edge National Training Centre at the Alliance JV plant in Chennai. Spanning 10,500 square feet, the facility is dedicated to enhancing the expertise of dealership and service staff across the country, ensuring exceptional service for Nissan customers nationwide.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Frank Torres, Divisional Vice President (DVP) for AMIEO Region Business Transformation and President of Nissan India Operations. The academy is poised to provide world-class education and training in sales, vehicle maintenance, and body shop services to dealership teams. Designed with innovation at its core, the facility features advanced mechanical workshops for hands-on training in repair, diagnostics, and aggregate overhauling. Additionally, its state-of-the-art body shop includes cutting-edge equipment for diverse repair and maintenance techniques.
