As part of the transition, Proma Group will retain key personnel from Recaro’s Sales and Technology departments, ensuring that the Stuttgart-based team continues to deliver seamless customer support during the transition. The relaunch will include the introduction of aftermarket seats to the European market and the transfer of OEM seat production to Italy, with the first products rolling off the line early next year.
