Tata Motors Unveils Magic Bi-Fuel as it Hits 400,000 Happy Customers Milestone

Mumbai, 22 April 2024 – Tata Motors, the titan of India’s commercial vehicle industry, is celebrating a significant milestone: reaching 400,000 satisfied customers of its flagship model, the Tata Magic. In conjunction with this achievement, the company has launched the Magic Bi-Fuel, a new variant that marries the economic benefits of CNG with the convenience of petrol.

The Magic, a 10-seater van, is heralded for its design, safety, and comfort, making it a top choice for commuter and operator needs in last-mile transportation. This new model incorporates dual-fuel technology, appealing to a broader range of consumer needs with its 694cc engine and combined tank capacity that offers a range of approximately 380 kilometers on a single fill.

“Reaching 400,000 happy customers with the Magic model signifies a major milestone. The introduction of the Magic Bi-Fuel variant is our way of innovating towards more sustainable and versatile transportation solutions,” said Anand S, Vice President & Head – Passenger Business at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles.

The Magic Bi-Fuel is not just an expansion of Tata’s product line but a nod to its ongoing commitment to enhancing road transport. The vehicle features advanced ergonomics for drivers, an Eco switch, and a gearshift advisor to optimize operational efficiency.

Tata Motors is not only focused on vehicle sales but also offers comprehensive lifecycle management services through its Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, alongside benefits such as fleet management solutions, annual maintenance contracts, and roadside assistance.

With a strong network of over 2,500 service touchpoints nationwide, Tata Motors continues to uphold its promise of superior mobility solutions and robust after-sales support, enhancing both the durability and reliability of its commercial vehicle range.
