Mumbai: Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, has unveiled the all-new Mahindra Blazo i-TRK, a heavy commercial vehicle that combines a 320hp engine with connected fleet technology and a claimed improvement of up to 10% in fuel efficiency.
The new truck also comes with what Mahindra describes as an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee, backed by an assurance of ₹10,000 per day, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The company is positioning the model around lowering operating costs and improving vehicle availability — two numbers that tend to matter rather more to truck operators than shiny brochure adjectives.
Built around Mahindra’s “Profit Ka Rocket” philosophy — “Earn More, Run More and Control More” — the Blazo i-TRK is aimed at improving earnings, uptime and operational control for fleet owners.
At the heart of the truck is Mahindra’s next-generation 320hp mPower engine. It is paired with the company’s iMaxx 2.0 connected vehicle platform, an advanced fleet telematics system designed to give operators greater visibility and control over vehicle operations.

Mahindra said the combination of the powertrain, connected technologies and other engineering features is intended to improve performance, efficiency and productivity in heavy-duty freight operations.
The company is placing particular emphasis on the truck’s fuel-efficiency claim. Mahindra says the Blazo i-TRK can deliver up to 10% more mileage, an improvement that could carry significant weight for commercial vehicle operators, where fuel forms a major part of running expenses.
The 48-hour uptime proposition is another central part of the ownership package. Under the programme, Mahindra is offering a ₹10,000-per-day assurance if the promised uptime conditions are not met, subject to the terms governing the offer.
Connected fleet management is also playing a larger role in the new truck. The iMaxx 2.0 platform is intended to help fleet operators monitor and manage their vehicles more intelligently, reflecting the broader commercial-vehicle industry’s shift towards telematics, data-led fleet management and closer monitoring of operating efficiency.
Mahindra Truck and Bus said the Blazo i-TRK represents its vision for more efficient and globally competitive freight movement in India.
The company unveiled the vehicle on August 13, 2026, with its formal launch scheduled for August 14, 2026.
For India’s heavy commercial vehicle market, the Blazo i-TRK highlights how competition is increasingly moving beyond horsepower and payload alone. Fuel economy, uptime and connected fleet intelligence are becoming equally important measures of a truck’s value — because in the freight business, a truck makes its strongest argument when it is on the road rather than in the workshop.
