Mumbai: Mahindra Tractors has launched the YuvoTech+ 585 DI V1 across India, expanding the availability of the multi-purpose tractor after its introduction in select markets. The model is offered in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations and is powered by the company’s high-capacity mBULL engine.
Mahindra said the engine delivers strong pulling performance and 30% backup torque, aimed at maintaining output during demanding agricultural operations and in challenging soil conditions.
The nationwide rollout broadens Mahindra’s YuvoTech portfolio as tractor manufacturers increasingly focus on combining higher productivity with operator comfort and compatibility with a wider range of farm implements.
The YuvoTech+ 585 DI V1 is equipped with a 12-forward and three-reverse transmission, a Multi-Speed power take-off system and an SLIPTO dual-clutch mechanism.
Its high, medium and low gear arrangement uses planetary reduction technology, which Mahindra said supports smoother power delivery, improved control and more efficient operation across different agricultural applications.
The tractor also features a hydraulic system designed to handle heavy implements. A stabiliser bar and longer top link have been included to improve compatibility and versatility during field operations.
For operators spending long hours at work, the model receives an ergonomic platform, a spacious layout and cushioned seating. Power steering and what the company describes as best-in-class manoeuvrability are intended to make the tractor easier to handle in fields and confined spaces.
In tractor terms, comfort may not sound as exciting as torque, but after several hours behind the wheel, a cushioned seat can become a fairly persuasive engineering feature.
The tractor is finished in a metallic red colour and is intended for a range of farming activities rather than a single specialised application.

Mahindra Tractors, which describes itself as India’s No. 1 tractor brand, said the YuvoTech+ 585 DI V1 will be available through its dealerships across the country. The tractor is offered with a six-year warranty.
The launch reflects the growing emphasis within India’s agricultural machinery sector on tractors that can handle multiple applications while reducing operator effort. For farmers, the real test will be less about brochure specifications and more about how consistently the tractor performs through long working days, varied terrain and changing agricultural requirements.
