New Delhi: Kia India has launched its Ownership Service Camp 2026 across 521 authorised workshops in 365 cities, offering complimentary vehicle inspections and discounts on maintenance, warranties, roadside assistance and accessories. The nationwide campaign runs from July 3 to July 12.
The initiative is aimed at encouraging preventive maintenance while strengthening customer engagement with Kia’s authorised aftersales network.
Customers visiting participating workshops can receive a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check covering the exterior, interior, engine compartment and underbody. According to the company, the inspection is intended to identify potential problems at an early stage and support vehicle safety, performance and longevity.
The camp also includes a 20% discount on car-care services, discounts of up to 10% on extended-warranty packages, and a 10% reduction on retail roadside-assistance plans.
Kia is additionally offering a 10% discount on parts and labour, along with a similar concession on Kia Genuine Accessories. For owners facing a growing list of service requirements, the offers may make the workshop bill slightly less capable of delivering its own road shock.
Speaking on the initiative, Bhimsen Gulabani, Vice President – Customer Experience, Kia India, said, “Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026 embodies our unwavering commitment to delivering a seamless and differentiated ownership experience. Through this nationwide initiative, we aim not only to help customers maintain their vehicles in peak conditions but also to strengthen long-term relationships by providing transparent, accessible, and rewarding aftersales support. As we continue to enhance our service standards, our focus remains on creating a customer experience that inspires confidence and reinforces Kia’s position as one of India’s most trusted mobility brands.”
Customers can also obtain complimentary used-car valuation services and explore exchange offers for vehicles within Kia’s portfolio.
The programme forms part of Kia India’s broader effort to expand the accessibility of its aftersales services and encourage owners to use authorised workshops for routine inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance.
The company said it continues to invest in its service network, digital capabilities and customer-engagement initiatives as expectations around convenience, transparency and service quality evolve.
With automobiles becoming more technologically complex and maintenance costs remaining an important consideration for buyers, nationwide service campaigns are increasingly serving two purposes: helping manufacturers retain customers and reminding owners that preventive care is generally cheaper than an unexpected breakdown.
