Benefits up to ₹3.04 lakh across Astor, Hector, and Gloster; Festive discounts begin September 7, 2025
Gurugram: In an early Diwali gesture, JSW MG Motor India has decided to trim its SUV prices without shedding any metal or features. Thanks to the government’s GST rationalisation, customers can now drive home an Astor, Hector, or Gloster with benefits of up to ₹3,04,000—effective from September 7, 2025. Consider it the automotive equivalent of a gym membership for your car’s price tag: the SUV stays muscular, but the bill gets leaner.
“The government’s decision to rationalise GST is a good move that directly addresses the affordability challenge for car buyers and builds positive consumer sentiment,” said Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India. “By extending the full benefit across our SUV portfolio, we want to ensure customers feel the immediate value of this change. More than just discounts, it’s about trust, ease of ownership, and giving festive season buyers another reason to upgrade from WhatsApp groups to MG car groups.”
The benefits will vary depending on the model and variant, but customers can rest assured their wallets won’t feel as heavy as their new Gloster. To sweeten the deal, MG is also offering 100% on-road funding and a 3-month EMI holiday—because nothing says “peace of mind” like not paying for your SUV while you drive it around showing it off at family gatherings.
With this move, MG isn’t just passing on the GST cut—it’s passing on festive cheer, showroom footfall, and perhaps even a few jealous stares from neighbours.
