Tata Motors Unveils Nationwide ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ to Boost Service Experience for Commercial Fleet Operators

Mumbai – Tata Motors, India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, has inaugurated its “Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,” a national engagement initiative aimed at enhancing after-sales service for commercial vehicle owners and operators across India. Running from October 23 to December 24, the program seeks to deliver a superior customer experience through complimentary vehicle check-ups, value-added services, and driver training sessions at over 2,500 authorized service centers nationwide.

The Customer Care Mahotsav is designed to foster strong connections with Tata Motors’ extensive commercial vehicle clientele, offering benefits like in-depth vehicle assessments conducted by skilled technicians. Additionally, drivers will undergo comprehensive training on safe driving and fuel-efficient practices as part of the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, helping to improve both safety and operational cost efficiency.

Girish Wagh, Executive Director at Tata Motors, expressed enthusiasm about the Mahotsav’s launch, stating, “This initiative reinforces our dedication to service excellence, marking Customer Care Day with a program that enhances value and strengthens ties with our clients. We invite fleet operators to experience the benefits of Sampoorna Seva 2.0, which spans the entire lifecycle of their vehicle, ensuring quality and reliability at every step.”

The Sampoorna Seva 2.0 program offers fleet owners an all-encompassing service package, covering essentials like breakdown assistance, guaranteed turnaround times, and access to genuine spare parts. With Fleet Edge, Tata Motors’ connected vehicle platform, fleet operators can streamline fleet management, optimizing vehicle uptime and minimizing costs, aligning with Tata’s commitment to operational excellence.

By the end of 2024, Tata Motors aims to strengthen its footprint in the commercial vehicle segment, with the Mahotsav marking a significant milestone in building enduring relationships across the transport industry.
