With an average of 13,500 enthusiasts rushing to book their very own Seltos each month, it’s clear that the vehicle is on a fast track to becoming a legend on Indian roads.
The Seltos has not just captivated the market with its numbers; it’s the buyers’ choices that are painting an interesting picture of India’s auto preferences. A whopping 80% have opted for the more luxurious variants (HTK+ and above), and over 40% have shown a keen interest in models equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), showcasing a growing awareness and demand for safety features. Additionally, the craze for sunroofs is not waning, with over 80% of buyers choosing variants that let them gaze at the sky.
The New Seltos, with a starting price tag of 10.99 Lakhs (Ex-showroom), is not just a vehicle; it’s a testament to Kia’s success in India. Since its first introduction in August 2019, Kia has rolled out over 600,000 Seltos units, with nearly three-quarters staying in the domestic market.
