Jaipur’s Doc Revs Up the Fun with India’s First Custom-Made Valve Master Exhaust on His BMW M2

In an exhilarating update for car enthusiasts, India welcomes its first custom-made Valve Master exhaust, fitted on a BMW G87 M2. This high-octane enhancement, worth INR 4.89 lakh, comes courtesy of Dr. Manasvi Bagree, the co-founder of Ace Club Jaipur. Dr. Bagree’s new M2, a striking vision in M Zandvoort Blue, represents a significant investment, with the car itself costing nearly INR 1 crore.

The BMW M2, a high-performance variant of the BMW 2 Series developed by BMW M GmbH, is powered by a formidable twin-turbo 3.0-litre BMW S58 straight-six engine. With the addition of the full system titanium exhaust, the car now boasts a jaw-dropping 605 horsepower and 690 Nm torque.

Titanium, celebrated for its cooling efficiency and aesthetic appeal when heated, is the material of choice for this exhaust system. This grade A titanium masterpiece from Valve Master, based in Toronto, Canada, is not only a visual treat but also significantly enhances the vehicle’s performance. It’s a bolt-on fit, requiring no additional tools, making it an even more attractive upgrade.

The exhaust system’s arrival in India marks Valve Master’s first custom creation for the country. Known for its loud and distinctive sound, the exhaust also features a personalized touch with a custom nameplate for Dr. Bagree.

Valve Master’s expertise in titanium exhaust systems is evident in their use of grade 5 oven-anodized titanium, mandrel bent for optimized gas flow and flexibility. This passion for crafting valved exhaust systems arose in response to increasingly stringent vehicle modification laws globally.

The G87 M2, often dubbed a “compact rocket,” shares its turbocharged straight-6 S58 engine with the G82 M4 and the G80 M3. The Valve Master system, with its large diameter 3.5″ midpipe, not only eliminates rasp but also produces a unique deep tone. The system integrates seamlessly with the factory valve operation, offering a range from subdued to exhilaratingly loud tones.

In summary, Dr. Bagree’s BMW G87 M2, now equipped with a full Cat-back & Axel-back System, is not just a high-performance machine but also a statement piece, combining aesthetics, innovation, and sheer power.
