Subaru’s Latest UK Adventure: New Crosstrek SUV Hits the Ground Running with X-Treme Features!

16th January 2024 – Subaru fans, brace yourselves! The Crosstrek has landed in the UK, ready to take over the outgoing XV model’s throne. Starting at a cool £34,290 (INR 36.07 lakh), the Crosstrek comes in Limited and Touring trims, with the top-end model reaching £36,290 OTR (INR 38.17 lakh). Subaru (UK) Ltd is now opening the order books, with demo and showroom vehicles ready to impress across their dealer network.

Off-Road Meets On-Style
This isn’t just any SUV; it’s a Crosstrek. Boasting a towering 220mm ground clearance, it dwarfs many competitors, yet it keeps a low step-in height for easy access. The upgraded Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system promises swift, responsive handling on all terrains. And with the X-Mode featuring Hill Descent Control, this SUV laughs in the face of slippery slopes and steep inclines. The Touring variant even steps up its game with dual-function X-Mode for an expanded range of challenges.

The Crosstrek’s 315-litre boot, expandable to 922 litres, is ready for all your gear, while the raised roof rails invite more adventurous cargo.

Sculpted for the Wild
Gone are the days of boxy SUVs. The new Crosstrek sports a frameless hexagonal grille, compact headlights, and a muscular body, all standing firm on either 17-inch or 18-inch Diamond Turned alloy wheels, depending on your model choice. Aerodynamic tweaks not only enhance the Crosstrek’s performance but also its stability, making it a robust companion for all your journeys.

Inside the Beast
Comfort meets technology inside the Crosstrek. The focus is on reducing noise and enhancing comfort, with supportive front seats and a quieter cabin environment. The centerpiece is the 11.6-inch multimedia touchscreen, offering wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, and doubling as an information hub for all your vehicle’s needs.

Power and Precision
Under the hood, the Crosstrek houses a 2.0-litre SUBARU e-Boxer engine, delivering 136ps and 182 Nm of torque. The smooth Lineartronic CVT ensures a seamless drive, with the Touring models adding manual mode with paddle shifters for more control.

Safety as a Standard
The Crosstrek doesn’t just look tough; it’s built tough. Its structure boasts 10% higher torsional rigidity thanks to Subaru’s Global Platform. And safety? The latest EyeSight Driver Assist Technology comes standard, with Automatic Emergency Steering and a Driver Monitoring System for added security.

With a 3-year / 60,000-mile manufacturer’s warranty (and an 8-year / 100,000-mile warranty for the traction battery), the Crosstrek is more than just an SUV – it’s a Subaru promise of adventure, safety, and style. So, UK adventurers, are you ready to Crosstrek your way to the wild side?
