Toyota Enters Multi-Brand Service Space with Launch of First ‘TServ Select’ Outlet in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Toyota is no longer just fixing Toyotas. In a move that could make every car owner in Bengaluru breathe a little easier, Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd has officially inaugurated its first multi-brand service outlet under the name “TServ Select” at KR Puram, Bengaluru.

The new venture is a joint effort between Kirloskar Systems Pvt Ltd, Trichur Sundaram Santhanam Family (TSSF Group) and Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM)—three heavyweights coming together with one simple mission: to bring order, trust and professionalism to India’s largely chaotic and unorganised vehicle service market.

In a country where finding a reliable mechanic often feels like a game of automotive roulette, TServ Select aims to be the “safe pit stop” for customers across brands. The company will offer comprehensive multi-brand servicing, supported by trained technicians, modern diagnostic tools and transparent processes—basically, the antithesis of the neighbourhood garage where your car goes in for an oil change and comes out with three new “problems”.

The KR Puram facility is the first of what the company plans to make a nationwide network of company-owned TServ Select outlets, focusing on infrastructure, quality, safety and customer experience. Expansion across key Indian cities is already on the roadmap, aligned with the growing demand for organised and trustworthy service providers.

To steer this ambitious journey, the company has appointed Rajesh Menon as President. With over 35 years of experience in the automobile sector, Menon will lead the charge in building a scalable, customer-centric service network—essentially, bringing corporate-level discipline to the everyday chaos of car servicing.

Alongside the company-owned TServ Select outlets, the brand already operates a wider “TServ” network of 150 third-party multi-brand service outlets across India. This hybrid model ensures both reach and consistency, combining local accessibility with standardised service quality.

Commenting on the launch, Geetanjali Kirloskar, Chairperson and Managing Director, Kirloskar Systems, said the new outlet marks a key milestone in building a customer-friendly automotive service platform. With Indian consumers increasingly prioritising transparency and trust, the focus will be on delivering dependable, high-quality service across brands.

Srivats Ram, Director at TSSF Group, highlighted that the facility bridges the gap between customer expectations and the lack of organised service options, aiming to make professional servicing more accessible and affordable throughout the ownership journey.

Adding Toyota’s global perspective, Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said the launch reflects Toyota’s broader mobility philosophy—going beyond just selling vehicles to delivering reliable, end-to-end ownership experiences that bring “mass happiness” to customers.

In short, TServ Select wants to become the place where your Maruti, Hyundai, Honda or even your ageing sedan can finally get Toyota-style pampering—without you needing to buy a Toyota first. For Indian car owners, that might just be the best service news in years.
