New Delhi — India’s largest carmaker has quietly slipped into “unlimited” mode. Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced its highest-ever monthly sales in November 2025, delivering a jaw-dropping 229,021 vehicles. That’s not just a big number — it’s a “how many showrooms do we even have?” number.
Out of the total, 174,593 units rolled into Indian homes, office parking slots, wedding baraats and college hostels. Another 8,371 units were sold to other OEMs, proving even rival brands like a bit of Maruti magic under the hood. And perhaps the most impressive feat — 46,057 cars were shipped overseas, setting an all-time monthly export record. Somewhere out there, a European student is probably learning the phrase “Kitna deti hai?”
For a company known for building mobility for the masses, November wasn’t just strong — it was historic. If the trend continues, the automaker might have to start exporting driving lessons along with its vehicles.
