Pune – Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions, one of India’s top manufacturers of electric two- and three-wheelers, has formalized a strategic collaboration with Vishwakarma Institutes and University (VI&U). The partnership, outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), focuses on advancing skill-based training, research, and education in emerging technologies, particularly in AI and sustainable automotive innovations.

This collaboration will bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students and faculty with hands-on exposure to real-world challenges. Kinetic Green will open its labs, workshops, and industrial sites for training and research, enabling participants to gain practical knowledge and experience. In return, VI&U will align its academic curriculum with the demands of the industry, ensuring students are equipped with the skills required to thrive in the rapidly evolving job market.

The partnership will facilitate industrial training programs, internships, faculty development, and joint research projects. Special attention will be given to AI applications and green automotive technologies, with students also taking part in marketing initiatives and internships related to AI concept development for Kinetic Green. These activities will play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent for India’s technology and automotive sectors.

Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are committed to nurturing talent that will drive future innovations. This partnership is an opportunity for students to learn directly from industry experts, gaining invaluable insights that will prepare them for a successful career.”

Bharat Agarwal, President of VI&U, also praised the MoU, saying, “Our collaboration with Kinetic Green underscores our shared vision of fostering innovation and excellence. This partnership will allow our students and faculty to gain practical knowledge in cutting-edge fields, contributing to the advancement of AI and sustainable automotive technologies.”
