JSW MG Motor India Revolutionizes Customer Service with AI Chatbots ‘Avira’ and ‘Vir’

Gurugram – In an industry-first move, JSW MG Motor India has partnered with Google Cloud India to launch two advanced AI-powered chatbots, Avira and Vir, to transform customer engagement. Built on Google Cloud’s PaLM 2 large language model and developed in collaboration with AI app specialist Riafy, these chatbots aim to redefine customer interaction across multiple platforms, including MG’s website, WhatsApp, EVPEDIA, and EVPEDIA’s WhatsApp service.

Designed to create seamless, personalized experiences, these chatbots are more than digital assistants; they serve as “digital employees” to foster operational efficiency and build customer loyalty. Avira and Vir leverage customer data to customize responses, offering real-time assistance tailored to user needs. With multilingual capabilities, they adapt dynamically to each conversation, learning from interactions to deliver more intuitive and effective responses over time.

Its generative AI capabilities ensure that each interaction feels natural and human-like, facilitating a smooth, personalized shopping experience.

Vir: The EV Expert on Demand

Vir, MG’s EV-focused assistant, is available via EVPEDIA platforms and aims to equip users with detailed insights into the electric vehicle (EV) sector. As a comprehensive resource, Vir not only answers questions but educates consumers on the latest in EV technology, empowering them to make informed decisions.
