New Delhi: BYD India, a subsidiary of BYD—the world’s No. 1 New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer—has switched on an electrifying new customer engagement initiative titled One BYD Infinite Connections. The unique customer gratification programme offers BYD owners and new buyers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to China and experience the brand’s cutting-edge innovation ecosystem, including the iconic BYD Track in Zhengzhou.
Designed to celebrate customers as pioneers of electric mobility, the initiative invites participants to share their personal BYD ownership stories for a chance to visit China’s first NEV-dedicated all-terrain test circuit. Think of it as moving from daily charging points to the source of all EV superpowers.
At the heart of the experience is the BYD Track—no ordinary test facility, but a purpose-built reminder that EVs can thrill as much as they can chill emissions. Spread across eight immersive experience zones, the track features everything from an Indoor Sand Dune and Low-Friction Ring to a Kick-Plate, Wading Pool, Dynamic Paddock, Race Track, Off-Road Park, and even a Camping Area. In short, it’s where acceleration, braking, handling and stability are tested—and egos are occasionally humbled.
Under the One BYD Infinite Connections programme, selected customers will embark on a curated journey to China, gaining exclusive access to BYD’s world-class manufacturing and R&D facilities. Participants will drive on the BYD Track, experience the brand’s advanced electric technologies first-hand, and interact with the experts shaping BYD’s global innovation roadmap.
Open to all existing BYD India customers—and new buyers who purchase a BYD vehicle by 31 January 2026—the contest invites entries from 12 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. Participants can submit photos, videos or written narratives that creatively capture what it means to Drive the Future. Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, engagement and alignment with BYD’s core values. Winners will be announced in February 2026, with the China visit scheduled for March 2026.
