Škoda Goes Full Throttle in India: 300 Touchpoints, Zero Roadblocks

Mumbai, – In a move that would make any cricket fan beam with pride, Škoda Auto has slammed a solid 300 – not with a bat, but with wrenches, wheels and warm customer smiles. The Czech marque, celebrating 25 years of desi drama and 130 years of global automotive flair, has officially crossed 300 customer touchpoints across 172 cities in India. That’s right – Škoda is now more reachable than your favourite chai tapri!

It’s not just about quantity though – this milestone marks a major leap in Škoda’s India innings. From Kanpur to Kannur, Amravati to Agartala, the brand’s expanding network now means that your next showroom or service center might just be around the corner—or at least closer than your in-laws’ house.

Driving Forward with Intent (and Google Maps)
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Škoda Auto India, shared, “Our 300 touchpoints are not just dots on a map; they’re stepping stones in our journey to make Škoda ownership effortless and rewarding. We’re blending accessibility with reliability – and yes, with a lot less ‘Where’s the nearest service centre?’ stress.”

With enhanced facilities, Škoda is now geared to service 5,50,000 cars annually—that’s nearly the population of Iceland, but in Octavias and Kodiaqs. And with Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns making up 75% of the new touchpoints, Škoda has clearly gone rural and regal at the same time.

Kylaq, Kushaq, Kodiaq – Say That Fast 10 Times
Škoda’s product strategy is now as well-oiled as its service network. With the new Kylaq commanding attention, the Kushaq ruling urban jungles, and the Kodiaq doing duty as the family fortress, Škoda’s SUV lineup is officially “for everyone.” And the ever-charming Slavia keeps the sedan story alive with style and flair – a bit like the last man standing at a rock concert of crossovers.

More Than Just a Car – It’s a Club Membership (With Roadside Assistance)
Škoda’s ownership experience isn’t just about four wheels; it’s about worry-free journeys. With standard Road Side Assistance, warranties that outlast college friendships, and the Supercare maintenance package offered free for the first year – your wallet can take a breather until year two or 30,000 km (whichever comes first, like traffic at a green light).

The Road Ahead
From a handful of showrooms to 300 touchpoints and counting, Škoda’s Indian journey has been part Czech precision, part Indian hustle. And if this expansion is anything to go by, the brand seems determined to drive not just cars, but confidence, straight into the hearts (and driveways) of Indian customers.

Now if only they could get Virat Kohli to test drive the next Kodiaq, they’d have all bases covered.
