From airport-adjacent luxury lounges to EV-ready express bays, Mercedes-Benz rolls out red carpets and cappuccinos for customers in Southern India.
Bengaluru/Hyderabad:
While some carmakers offer tea and tension during service visits, Mercedes-Benz India is offering lattes and luxury—times three. The brand has inaugurated not one, not two, but three gleaming new facilities in Southern India: one in Bengaluru and two in Hyderabad. And these aren’t your average service stations—they’re part showroom, part spa day for your car, with just a hint of five-star airport lounge thrown in.

The move underscores the three-pointed star’s commitment to “Go to Customer” strategy—though judging by these facilities, it’s more like “Go to Customer… with barista-grade coffee and mood lighting.”
“We’re not just opening service centers; we’re crafting cathedrals of customer experience,” quipped Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, possibly while sipping a premium roast at the all-new Mercedes Café in Bengaluru.
BENGALURU: Enter the ‘Aero Hub’—Where Cars Get Pit Stops and Humans Get Caffeine
At the heart of North Bengaluru, right along the International Airport Road, Sundaram Motors’ 2S facility rises like a luxury bunker for your Benz. Spanning 47,000 sq. ft. (with 23,000 sq. ft. of built-up indulgence), the facility comes with 10 dedicated service bays, a Quick Body Repair zone, and Mercedes’ signature ‘Pit Stop’ and ‘Aero Hub’ concepts.
And while your vehicle’s getting pampered, so are you. Think private consultation lounges, delivery ‘black boxes’ with ambient screen displays, and yes—a Mercedes Café serving imported beans. Because if you’re dropping big bucks on a GLS, it might as well come with crema.
HYDERABAD: Doubling Down on Desire
Mahavir Motors and Landmark Cars are now fully geared to elevate Hyderabad’s service game. The Mahavir Motors 2S facility near the city’s IT corridor sprawls across 39,000 sq. ft. with 19 service bays and a lavish “Vehicle Handover Area”—a place where customers can take delivery of their new ride in cinematic fashion. We wouldn’t be surprised if a drone hovers by to capture the moment.
Meanwhile, Landmark Cars’ new 12,000 sq. ft. facility provides personalized consultations, dedicated paint bays, and priority servicing with Premier Express—because in Hyderabad, even your S-Class hates waiting in line.
Not Just a Garage—It’s a Gallery
All three facilities adopt Mercedes-Benz’s global MAR20X architecture concept—a fancy way of saying, “everything looks and feels premium.” From Black Glass media walls to privacy-screened confidential consultation rooms, these centers feel more like tech-startup boardrooms than places to get your brake pads checked.
Also on offer: Boutique Item Shops with accessories so classy, they make your keychain feel underdressed.
Plug into the Future: EV-Ready & Sustainability First
Sustainability isn’t an afterthought either. The Bengaluru hub comes equipped with a 60 kW fast charger, open to all EV users, proving that even Mercedes’ green game wears a tailored suit.
Final Lap: Why This Matters
With over 125+ touchpoints across 50+ cities, Mercedes-Benz is clearly in the driver’s seat when it comes to luxury car service in India. These new facilities aren’t just about servicing cars—they’re about servicing expectations. And possibly, egos too.
So whether you’re buying a brand-new GLC or simply in for a quick check-up, Mercedes-Benz’s newest addresses ensure you’ll leave with more than just engine oil—you’ll leave with an experience.
