Gurugram – In a move that reinforces its commitment to urban mobility, JSW MG Motor India has unveiled the MG Comet EV 2025, equipped with improved convenience features and an expanded ownership package. Starting at an attractive ₹4.99 lakh (with Battery-as-a-Service at ₹2.5/km), the updated Comet EV blends futuristic design with enhanced comfort and tech upgrades.
The 2025 MG Comet EV arrives in five tailored variants: Executive, Excite, Excite Fast Charge, Exclusive, and Exclusive Fast Charge. The Excite and Excite FC models now include a Rear Parking Camera and Power-folding Outside Rear View Mirrors (ORVMs), adding improved visibility and parking ease. Meanwhile, the premium Exclusive and Exclusive FC variants boast leatherette seats and a 4-speaker audio system, delivering a refined in-cabin experience.
To enhance practicality, fast-charging variants are powered by a 17.4 kWh battery pack, offering an impressive driving range of up to 230 km on a single charge.
Expanding the Comet Family with Style and Tech
Following its February 2025 debut, the MG Comet Blackstorm Edition has further strengthened the lineup. Priced at ₹7.80 lakh (with Battery-as-a-Service at ₹2.5/km), the Blackstorm Edition sports a striking ‘Starry Black’ exterior with dark chrome accents, black badges, and distinctive red highlights. Its cabin offers luxury with leatherette seats embroidered with ‘Blackstorm’ branding, complemented by a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and electronically adjustable ORVMs.
