- 48-Hour Uptime Assurance: Machines are guaranteed to be operational within 48 hours, failing which customers receive Rs. 1,000 per day.
- 36-Hour Turnaround for Repairs: Repairs at dealerships completed within 36 hours, with Rs. 3,000 compensation for delays.
Additionally, Mahindra’s Saarthi Abhiyaan program continues to provide scholarships of Rs. 10,000 to daughters of truck drivers, benefitting over 10,000 families to date.
