Nissan Accelerates in the Heart of India: Reaches 270 Touchpoints in India

New Delhi, April 20, 2024 – In a strategic move that underscores its dedication to enhancing customer experiences and accessibility, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has dramatically increased its footprint in the national capital with the unveiling of four new customer touchpoints. This expansion, which includes a state-of-the-art showroom, two innovative display centers, and a comprehensive service workshop complete with a body shop, propels Nissan’s Indian network to an impressive total of 270 touchpoints. The inauguration of these facilities marks a pivotal moment in Nissan’s mission to offer unparalleled sales and service experiences to its customers in New Delhi.

The grand opening of the Jubilant Nissan showroom was graced by Frank Torres, President of Nissan India Operations, and Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of NMIPL. Their presence underscored the importance of this launch in Nissan’s ongoing commitment to customer centricity and excellence. Staffed by a cadre of seasoned professionals, the Jubilant Nissan aims to redefine automotive service standards, ensuring that each customer’s journey is as seamless and fulfilling as possible.

This expansion not only broadens Nissan’s presence but also solidifies its resolve to bring exceptional value and convenience to its patrons, encapsulating the essence of a one-stop automotive solution center. Torres highlighted the significance of these new additions, stating, “Our relentless pursuit of excellence and our commitment to enhancing every aspect of the customer experience are at the core of our business strategy. Located in Moti Nagar, the Jubilant Nissan showroom spans an expansive 5,500 sq. ft., with the display centers in Prashant Vihar and Dwarka covering 2,800 sq. ft. and 2,000 sq. ft. respectively. The service centre and body shop, situated in close proximity on Rama Road, occupy 7,250 sq. ft. and 7,950 sq. ft., setting a new benchmark for automotive service excellence in the region.
