Kia India Broadens Lease Services to 14 Major Cities, Introduces Short-Term Subscription Plan
New Delhi: Kia India, a rapidly growing premium car manufacturer, has unveiled its latest flexible ownership initiative, the ‘Kia Subscribe’ plan. This new offering allows customers to enjoy short-term vehicle ownership with tenures ranging from 12 to 36 months, providing a hassle-free alternative for those seeking flexibility without long-term commitments.
In a strategic move to enhance its leasing services, Kia India has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ALD Automotive Pvt Ltd. This partnership aims to expand the reach of Kia’s leasing and subscription programs to 14 major cities across India, including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Jaipur.
Building on the success of the Kia Lease program, which caters to B2B clients, corporates, and MSMEs with lease terms ranging from 24 to 60 months, the ‘Kia Subscribe’ plan is designed for individuals who desire more flexible vehicle usage options. This program is particularly suited for salaried professionals and self-employed individuals, offering them the freedom to access premium mobility solutions without the burden of long-term financial commitments.
Hardeep Singh Brar, Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Kia India, expressed optimism about the future of the company’s leasing and subscription services. He remarked, “The first phase of our flexible ownership program, ‘Kia Lease,’ has received tremendous feedback from customers. With the anticipated growth of the leasing business in India from 1% to 3% in the near future, we are committed to leading this transformation and delivering the best ownership experience to our customers. The ‘Kia Subscribe’ plan is our effort to make premium mobility solutions accessible and convenient for all.”
Earlier this year, Kia India had collaborated with ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Limited to launch the Kia Lease program in key cities such as Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune. These initiatives were designed to provide greater flexibility, allowing customers to lease vehicles without any down payment, while also enjoying benefits like maintenance coverage, insurance management, and relief from the challenges of vehicle resale.
With the expansion of its leasing and subscription services, Kia India is set to redefine car ownership in the country, offering innovative and customer-centric solutions that cater to a diverse range of mobility needs.
