Pune, 24th June 2024: Force Motors Limited, a prominent player in the automotive sector and India’s leading van manufacturer, has announced the initiation of a comprehensive digital transformation project titled Project DigiForce. This strategic move aims to enhance innovation, productivity, and customer satisfaction across its entire value chain. EY Parthenon, a renowned strategy consulting firm, will collaborate with Force Motors to drive this transformative agenda.

Over the past two years, Force Motors has seen remarkable growth, with a 38% year-on-year increase in topline revenue for FY24 and after-tax profits surging by over 1000%. To maintain this growth trajectory and reinforce its market leadership, Force Motors is investing in digital technologies and innovative solutions over a two-year period to build a future-ready organization.

Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors Limited, highlighted the importance of this initiative, stating, “Digital transformation is integral to our growth strategy. Project DigiForce will revolutionize our operations and market competition. This initiative reflects our enduring commitment to delivering top-tier shared passenger mobility solutions, a legacy that spans over six decades. Beyond enhancing productivity and operational efficiency, Project DigiForce will foster innovation and creativity throughout the organization.”

EY Parthenon’s expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth digital transformation, helping Force Motors maintain its competitive advantage in the ever-evolving automotive industry. Project DigiForce will also focus on change management, training, and development programs to support employees and dealers during this transition.

Vinay Raghunath, Partner and Automotive & Mobility Sector Leader at EY Parthenon India, remarked, “Digital transformation is a continuous journey rather than a one-time event. Organizations must quantify the value derived from their digital transformation roadmap and cultivate a culture of constant learning and adaptation.”

In addition to partnering with leading IT firms for seamless systems integration, Force Motors is committed to empowering employees through targeted training programs. With a focus on operational excellence and customer-centric innovation, Force Motors is set to strengthen its market leadership and deliver exceptional value to its stakeholders.
