The popularity of the GTX series is evident, with one in every five new ID.4 and ID.5 vehicles in Europe wearing the GTX badge. The ID.3 GTX Performance is the electric dream for speed enthusiasts, offering a top-tier, rear-wheel drive experience that’s likened to the electric sibling of the Golf GTI Clubsport. According to Kai Grünitz of Volkswagen’s Board of Management, this model is a compact sports car that delivers immediate and overwhelming power, promising a driving experience filled with “fascinating lightness.”
On the outside, the ID.3 GTX distinguishes itself with a unique design featuring a new diamond-style black air intake and sharp daytime running lights. Glossy black body elements, custom 20-inch Skagen alloy wheels, and a sporty interior with red decorative stitching and GTX-specific cockpit surface elevate the car’s sporty character.
The ID.7 GTX Tourer, the powerhouse of the lineup, showcases its strength with a dual-motor all-wheel drive, blending estate spaciousness with sports car performance. It makes a striking impression with a distinctive bumper, honeycomb grille, GTX-specific lighting, and illuminated badges.
