Jeep Makes a Splash: Limited Edition ‘Beach Buggies’ Ride the Wave to Daytona

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., February 28, 2024 – Jeep is diving headfirst into the sun-soaked festivities of Jeep Beach 2024 with its latest creations – the 2024 Wrangler 4xe Jeep Beach and the inaugural Gladiator Jeep Beach special editions. These aren’t just any vehicles; they’re your ticket to surf, sun, and the sandiest adventures, outfitted with everything from a body-color hardtop to Mopar Katzkin leather seats that scream beach luxury.

As the sand settles in Daytona Beach, Florida, from April 19-28, Jeep enthusiasts will witness the unveiling of these limited-run models, tailored for the ultimate beachcomber. The Wrangler Jeep Beach 4xe, a sun-worshipper’s dream, limited to 500 units, boasts a 21-mile all-electric range and 49 MPGe, making beach trips more eco-friendly. Priced at $60,395 (INR 50 lakh), it’s a steal for a slice of coastal heaven.

Not to be outshone, the Gladiator makes its Jeep Beach debut with 250 units, ready to tackle both the tides and trails at $50,495 (INR 41.87 lakh). Both models come decked in a full spectrum of colors, including the exclusive Earl shade for the Wrangler, ensuring you’ll turn heads from the boardwalk to the beach.

Bill Peffer, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand – North America, couldn’t be more excited, stating, “Jeep Beach week is a beacon for Jeep aficionados, and what better way to celebrate than with these beach-ready 4x4s, direct from the factory?”

Last year’s event saw over 225,000 attendees and 25,000 Jeep SUVs and trucks, and with the introduction of these special editions, this year promises to be even bigger. Beyond the beach fun, Jeep Beach is also a major charitable event, having donated over $4.1 million to local and national charities to date.

So, if you’re looking to make waves in a Jeep that’s as ready for adventure as you are, grab your surfboard and head to Daytona Beach. Just remember, with limited units available, you’ll want to act fast – these Jeeps are sure to be swept up quicker than a high tide!
