Tata Motors Rolls Out Nationwide ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ for Commercial Vehicle Owners

Mumbai, January 13, 2024 – Tata Motors, India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled its innovative ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’. This extensive engagement program is tailored specifically for commercial vehicle customers and is set to be held across India from January 14th to March 30th, 2024.

The Mahotsav is designed to enhance the after-sales experience for Tata Motors’ clientele. It will be hosted at all authorized Tata Motors service outlets nationwide, offering a range of benefits for both fleet owners and truck drivers. These include detailed vehicle check-ups conducted by skilled technicians, significant discounts on a selected range of Tata Genuine Parts, and access to various value-added services. These services encompass Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), and Fleet Edge, among others.

A particular focus of the program is on driver welfare. Drivers will have access to comprehensive training in safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, health check-ups, and hygiene kits. These offerings are part of Tata Motors’ Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, designed with drivers’ specific needs in mind.

Tata Motors also provides Fleet Edge, a data analytics-powered connected vehicle platform, extending beyond vehicles to offer unwavering support and convenience at every business stage.
