Kinetic Green Appoints New Director of Manufacturing & Operations

January 5, 2024, Pune: Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited, a prominent Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, has recently announced the appointment of S. Sundareswaran as their new Director of Manufacturing & Operations. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the automotive sector, Sundareswaran is set to lead the company’s manufacturing and operations, aiming to enhance plant performance and align manufacturing processes with the company’s strategic goals.

His role will focus on overseeing production, quality assurance, supply chain management, and manufacturing engineering activities. He is also tasked with implementing strategies to increase manufacturing capacity, ensuring that these are in line with the company’s objectives of maintaining competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

Sundareswaran’s impressive career includes senior roles at Ashok Leyland Ltd., Switch Mobility Automotive Ltd., and TAFE Ltd. He is a highly qualified professional, holding a Post Graduate degree in Senior Leadership from XLRI, Jamshedpur, an M.S. from BITS, Pilani, an MBA in Finance from IGNOU, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering.

Notably, he has been instrumental in establishing an electric vehicle plant with a significant production capacity and has successfully launched four new EV products, showcasing his leadership and innovation skills.
