Hyundai India Explorers Carnival 2026 Begins October 3, Bringing Customer Events to Five Cities

Gurugram: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced the third edition of its Hyundai Explorers Carnival, with the 2026 programme scheduled to travel across five Indian cities between October and December.

The customer engagement initiative will begin in Pune on October 3, 2026, before moving to Lucknow, Ludhiana, Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad. Hyundai said the events will be open exclusively to its customers and their families, with thousands of participants expected across the five locations.

The Explorers Carnival is designed as a family-focused extension of the Hyundai ownership experience, combining entertainment, interactive activities and opportunities for customers to meet and engage with one another.

While buying and maintaining a car generally involves considerably more paperwork than carnival games, Hyundai is using the programme to take its customer relationship beyond dealerships and service workshops.

Speaking on the launch of the third edition, Nilesh Shah, National Head, Service, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, “Meaningful customer experiences are an integral part of Hyundai’s philosophy. Hyundai Explorers Carnival reflects our commitment to building customer relationships that extend beyond vehicle ownership. Over the years, the Explorers Carnival has grown into a vibrant platform that brings together Hyundai customers and their families to celebrate shared experiences, create lasting memories and strengthen their connection with us. We are excited to welcome our customers for the third edition of Hyundai Explorers Carnival and further strengthen the sense of community that defines the Hyundai family.”

What is Hyundai Explorers Carnival?

Hyundai Explorers Carnival is HMIL’s customer engagement programme aimed at bringing Hyundai owners and their families together through activities, entertainment and shared experiences.

The initiative is now entering its third season and is intended to create interactions between customers and the company outside the conventional vehicle purchase and service environment.

Customers from the five participating cities can register for the programme through Hyundai’s Explorers Carnival website.

What Can Participants Expect?

According to the company, the 2026 carnival will feature a mix of entertainment, customer engagement activities and family-oriented experiences.

Hyundai has not detailed the complete activity line-up in its announcement, but said the programme has been structured to make interactions with customers more engaging and memorable.

The multi-city format also allows the company to reach customers in different regions rather than concentrating the programme in one metropolitan market.

Hyundai Focuses on Customer Engagement Beyond Vehicle Sales

The third edition forms part of Hyundai Motor India’s broader effort to strengthen customer relationships after the vehicle purchase.

Automakers increasingly use community events, owner meets and experiential programmes to maintain longer-term engagement with customers in a market where ownership experience can play an important role in brand loyalty.

For Hyundai, the Explorers Carnival offers another touchpoint with existing owners while giving customers and their families a platform to interact with the company and fellow Hyundai users.

With five cities on the 2026 calendar, the third edition will test how successfully Hyundai can turn a conventional ownership relationship into a broader customer community — one carnival at a time.
