BharatBenz Opens 40,000 Sq. Ft. 3S Dealership in Supaul, Expands Koshi Belt Presence

Supaul, Bihar: Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), the maker of BharatBenz trucks and buses, has opened a new authorised BharatBenz dealership in Supaul, expanding its sales and after-sales network across North Bihar’s Koshi region.

The new Devkrishna Trucking facility is a 4-bay 3S dealership offering sales, service and spare parts support under one roof. Spread across approximately 40,000 sq. ft., the facility has an annual service capacity of around 1,800 vehicles.

Located on the Supaul–Kishanpur–Bhaptiyahi Road along NH-327A, the dealership is positioned to serve commercial vehicle customers across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria.

Its proximity to NH-327A and connectivity with the NH-27 East-West Corridor through Araria are expected to give the outlet access to several important commercial transport routes in North Bihar.

The facility includes a dedicated workshop and trained technical team, with DICV saying the setup is intended to improve service turnaround and help reduce vehicle downtime. Genuine BharatBenz spare parts will also be available at the dealership.

A dedicated sales team will cater to transporters, fleet owners and other commercial vehicle operators in the region.

Rajiv Chaturvedi, President & Chief Business Officer, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, said, “The new dealership in Supaul is an important step in strengthening BharatBenz’s presence across North Bihar and the Koshi belt. By bringing our sales, service and spares support closer to customers, we are enabling greater accessibility, faster service and improved vehicle uptime. The region is an important market for commercial vehicle operations, and this new facility will help us build stronger, long-term relationships with customers while supporting their business needs.”

The Supaul outlet becomes Devkrishna Trucking’s second BharatBenz touchpoint in the region. The company also operates a 2S dealership in Araria.

Together, the two facilities will provide coverage across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria, giving BharatBenz a wider service footprint across the Koshi belt.

Abhimanyu Kumar Singh, CEO, Devkrishna Trucking, said, “We are pleased to strengthen our partnership with BharatBenz with the inauguration of our new 3S dealership in Supaul. The facility has been designed to provide customers across the Koshi region with convenient access to sales, service and genuine spare parts support. With our dedicated workshop and trained technical team, we look forward to delivering faster and more dependable support to transporters, fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators, while building lasting relationships with BharatBenz customers across the region.”

The expansion comes as BharatBenz continues to increase its network presence across freight-intensive and commercial vehicle markets in India, where convenient workshop access can be almost as important to fleet operators as the truck itself.

Apart from new vehicle sales and servicing, BharatBenz offers vehicle lifecycle programmes including ‘BharatBenz Certified’ and exchange schemes. Customers can exchange BharatBenz vehicles as well as commercial vehicles from other brands for new BharatBenz trucks.

The programme includes vehicle evaluations, quality-assured pre-owned commercial vehicles and upgrade options for customers looking to replace existing fleet assets.

BharatBenz has also partnered with more than 20 banks and non-banking financial companies to offer financing options and customised vehicle finance solutions.

The Supaul dealership adds another customer support point to BharatBenz’s North Bihar network and reflects the wider push by commercial vehicle manufacturers to place sales, service and spare-parts infrastructure closer to major freight corridors. For fleet operators, where every hour off the road can affect operating economics, the expansion of service coverage is likely to remain an important part of the industry’s competitive landscape.
