New Delhi: Volkswagen India has expanded its retail presence in the National Capital Region with the opening of Volkswagen Delhi East in Patparganj, taking the company’s network across Delhi NCR to 14 sales and eight service facilities.
The new dealership is located at 20, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi, and features a five-car display area. It is managed by Ajay Agarwal, Managing Director, Volkswagen Delhi East, and has a team of 16 trained professionals, according to the company.
The outlet is aimed at improving Volkswagen’s accessibility for customers in East Delhi and nearby markets as the German carmaker continues to expand its retail network in major Indian urban centres. For buyers on the eastern side of the capital, it also means one less reason to make a cross-city showroom expedition — rarely anyone’s favourite Delhi drive.
Volkswagen said the new facility forms part of its broader effort to bring its sales and ownership experience closer to customers while maintaining the brand’s standards for quality and service.
