Mercedes-Benz Records 50-Plus Deliveries in Kerala During Onam Under Dream Days Campaign

Kochi: Mercedes-Benz India has delivered more than 50 vehicles in Kerala during the Onam season, giving its 2026 festive campaign, ‘Dream Days’, an early boost in one of the country’s important luxury-car markets.

The campaign, launched on August 11, 2026, will continue through October and combines financing, trade-in and vehicle-upgrade programmes aimed at customers considering a luxury-car purchase during the festive period.

Mercedes-Benz said the Onam deliveries reflected strong customer interest in Kerala as festive buying activity gathered pace. Some of the vehicles were personally handed over to customers in Kochi by Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India.

“The festive season is a meaningful time for our customers, bringing together aspirations, celebrations and new beginnings. The strong response to Dream Days in Kerala, with 50+ deliveries for Onam, reflects the continued desire for Mercedes-Benz luxury in the state. I was personally delighted to deliver some of these cars to our discerning customers in Kochi. With curated financial and ownership solutions, Dream Days makes the journey to owning a Mercedes Benz more accessible, rewarding and memorable for our customers.”

The Dream Days campaign includes a three-month EMI holiday on the Mercedes-Benz GLA and GLC, along with a 6.99% rate of interest on select car lines. Customers looking to replace their existing vehicles can also access trade-in benefits under the programme.

Mercedes-Benz is additionally offering its Key-to-Key programme on select GLE and GLS models. Under the scheme, eligible customers can upgrade to a new variant after 24 months with zero down payment, giving buyers another route to change vehicles without beginning the ownership cycle entirely from scratch.

For luxury-car buyers, where financing structures can sometimes attract almost as much attention as horsepower figures, such programmes are increasingly becoming part of the purchase proposition.

Mercedes-Benz said Dream Days is part of a broader 360-degree festive campaign designed to combine financial solutions with customer-focused initiatives across dealerships and other touchpoints.

The offers are being provided alongside the company’s existing Star Agility+ programme from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Star Agility+ combines service packages, an assured buy-back value and an extended warranty, while offering customers different ownership choices at the end of the contract.

The Kerala deliveries come as automakers begin sharpening their festive-season strategies, traditionally an important period for vehicle purchases in India. Onam provides an early opportunity for manufacturers to gauge consumer sentiment in Kerala before the wider festive calendar gathers momentum across the country.

With more than 50 Mercedes-Benz vehicles delivered during Onam, the Dream Days campaign has begun the season on a positive note in Kerala. Whether that momentum carries through the remaining festive months will ultimately depend on broader luxury-car demand, but the early numbers suggest that for some buyers, the celebrations this year came with a three-pointed star parked outside.
