Agra: Strengthening its after-sales backbone in North India, Isuzu Motors India has inaugurated a new Authorised Service Centre (ASC) in Agra, bringing its reliable service promise closer to customers in the city of the Taj—and now, the land of well-maintained pickups.
Operated by Heritage Autopark, the newly opened facility is strategically located at 645, NH-19, opposite Synergy Hospital in Sikandra. The location ensures easy accessibility for Isuzu owners not just in Agra, but also in surrounding regions where rugged terrains often test the durability of these machines (and occasionally, the patience of their owners).
The inauguration ceremony saw the presence of senior officials from Isuzu Motors India alongside representatives from Heritage Autopark. Adding a touch of celebration to the occasion, an ISUZU S-CAB was handed over to a customer—because nothing says “grand opening” like driving off in a brand-new pickup.
Spread across 6,000 square feet, the service centre is equipped with three service bays and staffed by trained technicians ready to handle everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs. The facility is designed to deliver efficient turnaround times and a customer-first experience—essentially ensuring that your Isuzu spends less time in the workshop and more time conquering highways (or occasionally, dodging city traffic).
