Gurgaon: JSW MG Motor India has officially unveiled the all-new MG Majestor, positioning it as India’s first entrant into the emerging D+ full-size premium SUV segment. Designed to combine commanding size, serious off-road capability, luxury comfort and advanced safety tech, the Majestor aims to appeal to buyers who want their SUV to look equally comfortable outside a five-star hotel or halfway up a rocky mountain trail.
In simpler words — it’s built for school runs on Monday and “let’s drive to Ladakh” on Friday.
Pre-bookings for the Majestor have now opened at ₹41,000, while pricing will be announced closer to launch. Showroom displays and test drives are expected from April 2026, with deliveries beginning in May.

Big in Size, Bigger in Intent
Built on a massive 2950 mm wheelbase, the Majestor measures 5046 mm long, 2016 mm wide and 1870 mm tall, making it one of the largest SUVs positioned above the traditional D-segment in India.
The exterior design features MG’s Mosaic Matrix grille, signature Dragon-Eye DRLs, split headlamps, connected LED tail lamps with sequential indicators, a raised bonnet profile and 19-inch alloy wheels, creating what MG calls a bold yet premium upright stance.
Translation: parking sensors will become your new best friend.

MG’s Bet on India’s Growing Premium SUV Appetite
Commenting on the unveiling, Anurag Mehrotra, Managing Director, JSW MG Motor India, said the Majestor reflects the evolving expectations of India’s premium SUV buyers who now seek presence, capability, refinement and technology in one package.
With the Majestor, MG is clearly targeting the space where full-size luxury meets hardcore off-road engineering — a segment that continues to grow as Indian buyers increasingly want SUVs that are not just big, but genuinely capable.
Because in today’s SUV market, being tall isn’t enough — you also need the muscles to match the attitude.
