Cadillac Unveils 2026 Vistiq: A New Era in Luxury Electric SUVs

Three-row EV combines Cadillac’s signature design, cutting-edge tech, and powerful performance

Cadillac is stepping boldly into the future of luxury electric vehicles with the unveiling of the 2026 Vistiq, a high-end three-row SUV that embodies Cadillac’s commitment to performance, craftsmanship, and advanced technology. Set to expand Cadillac’s EV lineup, the Vistiq will offer customers another compelling option as the brand pushes forward in the electric space.

“Cadillac is setting the benchmark for American luxury,” said John Roth, Cadillac’s Global Vice President. “With the addition of Vistiq, Cadillac will be among the few brands to offer an EV across all luxury SUV categories.”

The Vistiq’s design prioritizes passenger comfort and advanced technology, highlighted by:

  • A 23-speaker AKG Studio1 Audio system with Dolby Atmos® for an immersive sound experience
  • Cadillac’s Super Cruise driver assistance, the first truly hands-free system, bundled with three years of OnStar connected service
  • Impressive acceleration with a 0-60 time of just 3.7 seconds, courtesy of its Velocity Max feature

Scheduled for production in early 2025 at GM’s Spring Hill plant in Tennessee, the Vistiq will be available in markets worldwide, including the U.S. and Canada.

Performance-Driven Engineering

Built to elevate the driving experience, the Vistiq’s standard dual motor, all-wheel drive system, along with chassis damping control and optional Air Ride Adaptive suspension, promises smooth handling. The EV is powered by a 102-kWh battery, producing 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, with an estimated 300-mile range.

Jeff MacDonald, Cadillac Vistiq’s chief engineer, shared insights on the SUV’s engineering approach: “Our goal was to create a spacious three-row SUV that drives with the agility of a smaller vehicle while delivering exhilarating performance.”

Performance highlights include:

  • Optional Active Rear Steer to enhance maneuverability
  • Wheel options up to 23 inches, blending performance and luxury styling
  • Advanced Road Noise Cancellation technology for a serene cabin experience

Bold, Architectural Design

The Vistiq’s design reflects Cadillac’s distinct electric identity with a forward-leaning windshield, signature Black Crystal Shield grille, and iconic vertical lighting. The interior boasts Brutalist architectural elements, blending functionality with sophistication.

Bryan Nesbitt, Cadillac’s Global Design Executive Director, emphasized the significance of design in creating a distinct EV identity: “Vistiq completes Cadillac’s showroom vision of a zero-emission luxury lineup, showcasing our commitment to both artful design and innovative propulsion.”

Technology and Luxury Refined

Inside, the Vistiq integrates premium materials and technology to redefine the luxury experience. Features include a 33-inch high-resolution LED screen, five-zone climate control, and eco-conscious materials, such as recycled woven fabrics in Premium Luxury trims.

Tech-savvy buyers will appreciate the Vistiq’s Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) Bidirectional Charging, capable of powering a home during blackouts with the GM Energy V2H Bundle.

Safety features like Blind Zone Steering Assist, Forward Collision Alert, and optional Night Vision enhance security, providing drivers with confidence on every journey.

Coming Soon: Trims and Pricing

The 2026 Vistiq will debut with Luxury, Sport, and Premium Luxury trims, with a Platinum version launching in mid-2025, offering enhanced performance and a broader range of color options. The Vistiq starts at an MSRP of $78,790 (INR 66.49 lakh), with final pricing set by dealers.

As Cadillac continues to shape its all-electric future, the Vistiq stands as a testament to the brand’s dedication to combining American luxury with sustainable innovation.
