In response to the recent floods that have affected several areas across Kolkata, the company has rolled out a comprehensive suite of support initiatives designed to make post-flood vehicle recovery as smooth as a freshly paved highway (which, admittedly, Kolkata could use right now).

Nissan has set up a dedicated flood support helpdesk (1800 209 3456) to provide prompt and personalized assistance to customers whose vehicles have been impacted. From coordinating service schedules to sorting insurance paperwork, the helpdesk is the one-stop pit crew for every waterlogged Nissan.

Floodwater doesn’t check the clock — and now, neither do Nissan workshops. Service centers in affected regions have extended their operating hours to accommodate the surge in demand. To make things easier, free towing services are being provided to ferry vehicles safely to the nearest authorized Nissan workshop, sparing customers the stress (and squelch) of pushing their cars through knee-deep water.

- 10% off on engine oil and oil filter replacement
